A new beginning

Lyrics and Jesus. Not often that those two are linked unless it's a Grammy acceptance speech, a slight on who Jesus might have been or a church hymn.

This blog is aiming to link lyrics from a variety of songs to Jesus.

I unashamedly believe that the gospel of Jesus is the answer to all the world's problems even though I am working out exactly how.

I hope to speak about how some of the questions, opinions and assumptions so poetically expressed in music and lyrics are engaged with in the person and message of Jesus Christ.

The first 4 posts are actually going to be re-posts from my other blog. I will then get around to putting up some fresh material, possibly some links to other blog posts on music and Jesus as well as maybe getting some guest posts.
